Razapew designs and builds solid-wood furniture and stands behind each piece. If something isn’t right, this Return & Refund Policy explains how Razapew will make it right. These terms apply to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
Policy Overview
A return may be requested within 30 days from the date the furniture is delivered.
When the issue is attributable to Razapew —such as carrier damage, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item—Razapew covers return shipping and emails a prepaid label.
For change-of-mind returns (size, color/finish, style), return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item returns and passes inspection for condition and completeness. For eligible international returns within the covered regions, no re-import fees apply.
General Conditions for Returns
Product condition. Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and unaltered. Any evidence of use—scratches, dents, stains, odors, pet hair, added/drilled hardware, touch-ups, refinishing, or other modifications—voids eligibility.
Original packaging. Retain all packaging: foam inserts, corner guards, hardware packs, tools, manuals, and accessories. If original materials are missing, equivalent protective repacking is required to prevent transit damage.
Proof of purchase. A valid order number or invoice is required.
Assembly status. Items fully assembled/installed/glued or with bases attached/leveled are not eligible unless Razapew confirms a defect or transit damage.
Materials & use. Razapew furniture is intended for indoor home or studio use.
Applicability. These conditions apply across the ten countries listed above.
Returns Razapew Covers (Razapew’s Fault)
Razapew will remedy situations where a piece arrives damaged, exhibits a genuine defect, or does not match the model/size/finish ordered.
Transit examples: crushed corners, cracked tops, chipped finish.
Manufacturing examples: misaligned parts, tops that won’t sit flat, unstable bases, hardware that won’t seat properly.
When Razapew is responsible, return shipping is free (pickup arranged where available). Choose a replacement (subject to stock/lead times) or a full refund. If shipping was paid at checkout, that fee is also refunded. Remedy terms are consistent across covered destinations.
Returns at Customer Request (Change of Mind)
If a piece does not suit the space or finish, a return may be initiated within 30 days provided it remains unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Return freight is paid by the customer and is nonrefundable. After inspection confirms condition and completeness, Razapew refunds the product price. Any original outbound shipping (if charged) is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Gift cards (digital or physical)
Final-sale or clearance items
Any item that has been used, assembled, installed, modified, or refinished
Custom or made-to-order furniture—non-standard sizes, special edges, custom stains/finishes, inlays/carvings, or non-standard base specifications—unless the item arrives damaged or defective
How to Start a Return
Contact Razapew within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us form with the order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return.
For damage/defect claims, include clear photos or a short video of the affected area and the packaging (inside and outside).
Razapew replies within 1–2 business days with next steps and includes a prepaid label when the issue is covered by Razapew.

Please repack all components so tops and bases cannot shift. Use the original foam and corner guards. If the original carton is unavailable, use a heavy-duty box with sufficient padding to prevent impact or abrasion.
Refund Timing and Method
Once the return is received and passes inspection, Razapew processes the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method (USD; major cards and PayPal). Prefer store credit? Indicate this when starting the return. Banks and card issuers may require up to 7 additional business days to post funds.
Restocking Fees
None. When a return meets eligibility and passes inspection, the full refundable amount is returned.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). Estimated transit after dispatch:
United States & Canada: 5–6 business days
Europe & United Kingdom (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT): 6–8 business days
Australia: 7–10 business days
